Huntingburg Regional Airport (HNB / KHNB) is the public airport about three miles south of Huntingburg, Indiana, run by the Dubois County Airport Authority. The authority is the fixed-base operator. The terminal address is 2495 West 900 South, Huntingburg, IN 47542, phone 812-683-5454. People use it for Dubois County business, Jasper, and some French Lick trips when the airplane is not going into FRH. Veteran Executive Transportation meets that terminal. Call (502) 835-2838.
The FBO is the airport authority
The airport’s website says the Dubois County Airport Authority provides the full-service FBO: fuel, a GPU, and a courtesy car. Dubois County Flight Services, also on the field, is described there as aircraft management and maintenance, not as the passenger lobby we meet. Do not send us to “the maintenance hangar” unless the crew is actually walking out of that door.
FAA attendance is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with after hours and weekends by prior arrangement with the airport manager. A Saturday French Lick connection that assumes a staffed lobby will fail if nobody called the airport. Tell us the arrangement. The self-serve fuel island is west of the terminal; passengers are still met at the terminal unless you say otherwise.
Jasper, Huntingburg, and the resort
The field is about three miles south of Huntingburg, near US 231, so downtown Huntingburg is about 10 minutes. Jasper is the neighboring city, commonly about 15 minutes. French Lick and West Baden are a regional drive from here, often under an hour, and the resort address has to be on the reservation because this is not the ten-minute hop from French Lick Municipal. If the crew can land at FRH, that is usually the better airport for a resort-only day.
I-64 is a few miles south of the field. A Louisville day from Huntingburg is a highway charter, not a local transfer, and the quote starts from our Louisville base. Say whether the car deadheads back or stays with the passengers. Those are different quotes.
Vehicles and the information we need
County business travelers usually fit the SUV. A plant visit or a family that filled a turboprop needs the 14-passenger shuttle once bags are counted. A stretch limousine is uncommon on this curb and still available when the occasion is formal and the hours are real. The party bus is a Dubois County night out, booked for the group, not a surprise at a 4 p.m. terminal close.
Send the tail number, the weekday or the after-hours confirmation, the passenger count, and the Jasper, Huntingburg, or resort door. We track the flight. We still need the airport to let people out of the building. If the ETA slides past the desk hours, call (502) 835-2838 and the airport, in that order of who moves the car and who opens the door.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the FBO at Huntingburg?
The Dubois County Airport Authority, at 2495 West 900 South, Huntingburg, IN 47542. Dubois County Flight Services is a maintenance and management tenant, not the passenger desk we use by default.
Can you meet a weekend arrival?
The FAA attendance line is weekdays 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with weekends and after hours by prior permission from the airport manager. Book the car only after that permission exists, and send us the ETA.
Is Huntingburg the airport for French Lick Resort?
It can be a starting point, and it is a longer drive than French Lick Municipal (FRH), which is about ten minutes from the resort. Use HNB when the airplane is actually landing here.
How close is Jasper?
Jasper is the next city north, commonly about 15 minutes from the terminal. Huntingburg’s own downtown is about 10 minutes. Louisville is a highway trip and should be quoted that way.
