How do I get a quote for transportation?
Simply fill out the form on our quote page with your event details, preferred date, and number of passengers. Our dispatch team will respond with a guaranteed, no-obligation quote within hours.
Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The exact amount depends on the service type and vehicle selected. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event receive a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Contact us for special circumstances.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can for Kentucky Derby week, prom and homecoming, wedding Saturdays and New Year's Eve. Weekday and off-season dates usually have more availability. Same-day and next-day requests are a phone call to (502) 835-2838, and we will tell you honestly whether a vehicle is free.
How early should I book Kentucky Derby transportation?
We strongly recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance. Derby Week is the busiest event of the year in Louisville and premium vehicles fill up extremely fast. Contact us as soon as your plans are confirmed.
