When 100,000 fans descend on the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Expo Center, rideshare apps fail. Uber and Lyft surges can multiply the usual fare several times over, and you can spend hours walking and waiting in the mud. Beat the system by booking your Bourbon & Beyond transportation in advance. We confirm your quote in writing ahead of time, with exact pickup coordinates, and a massive 30-passenger party bus to keep the festival energy going before and after the headliners.

Frequently asked questions
How do you handle the traffic at the Highland Festival Grounds?
Our chauffeurs are local veterans who know the Expo Center traffic patterns better than anyone. We utilize specific VIP drop-off points and coordinate exact pickup locations away from the heaviest gridlock.
Can we leave our coolers in the vehicle during the festival?
Yes! When you book a dedicated, as-directed reservation, your vehicle stays with you. You can leave your coolers, jackets, and merchandise safely secured in the vehicle.
