Group & Shuttle Transportation

Reliable group shuttles and transportation for sporting events, concerts, hotel transfers, and large family outings across Louisville and Southern Indiana.

Moving a group is a schedule problem before it is a vehicle problem. Veteran Executive Transportation runs 14-passenger shuttles for teams, church groups, family reunions, wedding guests, conventions, and fans heading to the KFC Yum! Center, Lynn Family Stadium, Churchill Downs, and the Kentucky Exposition Center. Everyone rides together, nobody hunts for parking, and the shuttle leaves on the time you set. When the list is longer, we add a second shuttle or the 30-passenger long white party bus. We are a veteran-owned company based at 134 Outer Loop STE 100, Louisville, KY 40214. Call (502) 835-2838, Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Shuttles, the party bus, and the executive van

Our 14-passenger shuttles have Wi-Fi on board, and they are the workhorse for hotel loops, game days, and conference transfers. Two shuttles can run side by side for a larger group, so the second load is not waiting on the first.

For a celebration, the 30-passenger long white party bus keeps a big group together with lighting and sound. Smaller groups that want a van rather than a shuttle can book our executive van, which is a separate service with its own page. A luxury SUV for up to six handles a group leader or VIPs riding ahead of the rest.

Game days, concerts, and the Yum! Center

Game days at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium, basketball and concerts at the KFC Yum! Center, and soccer at Lynn Family Stadium all end with the same crush of cars. A shuttle drops the group near the entrance, waits, and picks everyone up at an agreed spot after the final whistle or the encore.

Tell us the venue, the start time, and where the group is starting. We plan the drop-off around the venue’s traffic and the return around the end of the event.

Conventions, hotels, and corporate groups

Convention and corporate groups often need the same loop many times a day: downtown hotels such as the Omni, the Galt House, and the Marriott to the Kentucky International Convention Center or the Kentucky Exposition Center, and back. We can run a set timetable, stage a shuttle at the hotel door, and adjust when the agenda changes.

Airport arrivals for a group landing at SDF are met with flight tracking, and the shuttle takes everyone and their bags to the hotel in one trip.

Derby, weddings, and Bourbon Trail days

Kentucky Derby and Oaks days at Churchill Downs book early, so reserve shuttles as soon as the group is set. Weddings use shuttles to move guests between the hotel block and the venue. Bourbon Trail groups ride together from distillery to distillery; we drive, and guests book their own tours and tastings.

Family reunions, church outings, and school groups use the same planning: one contact, one written schedule, and a shuttle that is there when the group walks out.

Why one shuttle beats a line of cars

When a group splits into five or six personal cars, someone always gets lost, someone parks at the far end of the lot, and someone has to stay sober to drive home. A shuttle turns that into one departure time and one pickup spot. The group leader knows where everyone is, and the chauffeur handles traffic, parking rules, and the return.

It also keeps the group together in the moments that matter: the walk into the stadium, the arrival at a wedding venue, or the first stop on a distillery day. Nobody misses the start because they were circling a garage. And when the evening runs long, the shuttle waits for the whole group instead of leaving stragglers to find their own way back.

Day trips beyond Louisville

Groups do not always stay in the city. Shuttles drive Bourbon Trail days toward Bardstown, Frankfort, and Versailles, winery trips across Kentucky and Southern Indiana, and golf outings to courses around the region. We dispatch from Louisville and build the drive both ways into the schedule.

For a long day, tell us every stop in order and the time the group must be home. We will say up front if the day needs more hours than you expected, rather than discovering it on the road. Guests book their own distillery tours and tastings; we drive the group between them and keep the shuttle ready at each stop.

Planning a group run

The person running the group is our contact for the day. Send the headcount, each pickup address, the venue, the times, and where everyone returns. If the group is split across hotels or neighborhoods, list each stop; the more we know ahead, the fewer surprises on the day.

We count each leg backward from the time the group needs to arrive, with loading time and traffic included. For a large list we will tell you whether two shuttles or the party bus makes more sense before you commit.

Chauffeurs and safety

Every chauffeur passes a criminal background check, a driving-record review, and drug testing, and completes defensive-driving training. They wear black polos for shuttle work and suits for weddings and funerals.

Alcohol is only for guests 21 and older, and student trips are alcohol-free and booked by a parent or another adult. The chauffeur can end a trip that becomes unsafe.

How to book a group shuttle

Send the date, the headcount, the pickup addresses, the venue, and the times through the quote form, and we will reply with a written quote. For a trip today or tomorrow, call (502) 835-2838 during office hours, Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Once you accept the written quote, a non-refundable deposit holds the date. The amount depends on the vehicle and the day, and the balance is due the day of the trip. Cancellations more than 72 hours out receive a credit toward a future booking. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
