Wedding Limousines & Shuttles

Spotless and flawless wedding transport across Kentuckiana. We offer spacious stretch limos and party buses for the bride, groom, and wedding party.

A wedding day runs on a timeline, and the transportation should be the part nobody worries about. Veteran Executive Transportation drives couples, wedding parties, and guests across Louisville and Southern Indiana in stretch limousines, luxury SUVs, the long white party bus, and 14-passenger shuttles. Our chauffeurs wear suits on wedding days, arrive early, and keep to the schedule your planner or venue sets. Red carpet service is available for the arrival and the getaway. We are a veteran-owned company based at 134 Outer Loop STE 100, Louisville, KY 40214. Call (502) 835-2838, Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

A stretch limousine for the couple

The stretch limousine is the classic wedding car: a formal cabin for the ride to the ceremony, a private few minutes together after the vows, and the getaway at the end of the reception. The chauffeur opens the door for the photographer and holds the car while the pictures are taken. Allow a few extra minutes at each stop for a gown and a veil.

Ask for red carpet service when the arrival or the exit is part of the photographs. Tell us the ceremony site, the photo stops, and the reception venue, and we will build the times into the reservation so the day does not feel rushed.

Moving the wedding party together

Bridesmaids, groomsmen, and family usually need to be in the same place at the same time, often from two different hotels or homes. The long white party bus carries up to 30 guests with lighting, sound, and Wi-Fi, and many wedding parties ride the bus while the couple has their own limousine. A smaller wedding party fits in a second stretch limousine or a luxury SUV for up to six.

Send the headcount and the pickup addresses, and we will recommend whether one vehicle or two makes the day easier. Adult guests 21 and older are welcome to bring their own toast.

Guest shuttles between hotels and the venue

Guest shuttles keep the whole guest list on schedule and get everyone home safely after the reception. A 14-passenger shuttle runs between the hotel block and the ceremony or reception venue, and we can add a second shuttle for a larger list. Guests do not have to find parking at a rural venue or decide who is driving after the last dance.

Tell us the hotel, the venue, the times guests should arrive, and the last run of the night. We will write the loop into the quote so your planner and your guests know when the shuttle leaves.

Venues across Louisville, the Bourbon Trail, and Southern Indiana

We drive to downtown hotels and ballrooms, churches across Jefferson County, distillery and farm venues out toward the Bourbon Trail, wineries, and Southern Indiana venues across the bridges. Rural venues often have a long drive, a gravel lane, or a single entrance, so please tell us about any gate, parking area, or turnaround the chauffeur should use.

Wedding guests sometimes add a bourbon or winery day to the weekend. We drive the group, and guests book their own distillery tours and tastings.

The rest of the wedding weekend

A wedding is rarely one day. Out-of-town family land at SDF on Thursday and Friday, and we meet them with flight tracking and take them to the hotel, so nobody has to borrow a car or wait on a rideshare with their luggage. The rehearsal dinner can use the same plan as the wedding: a limousine for the couple and their parents, and a shuttle for the wedding party between the hotel and the restaurant.

Before the wedding, the bachelor or bachelorette party often wants the party bus for a night downtown, a Bourbon Trail day, or a winery afternoon, with Wi-Fi, lighting, and sound on board. After it, a car can take the couple to the airport for the honeymoon flight, with the bags already loaded. Booking the weekend together means one contact, one written plan, and chauffeurs who already know the names and addresses before the first pickup.

Tell us which parts of the weekend you want covered, even if some times are still being settled. We will quote each piece separately so you can keep or drop any of them before the deposit.

Planning the wedding-day timeline

Send us the timeline your planner or venue coordinator is using, with each pickup, the ceremony time, photo stops, and the reception. We count each leg backward from the time you need to be there, with traffic and loading time included, and confirm the plan in writing before the day.

Spring and fall Saturdays fill early, and many couples book six to twelve months ahead for those dates. If the date is closer, call and ask; we will tell you what is available.

Chauffeurs who know a wedding day

Every chauffeur passes a criminal background check, a driving-record review, and drug testing, and completes defensive-driving training. On wedding days they wear suits, arrive ahead of the first pickup, and take direction from your planner or the person you name as the contact for the day.

They work under a nondisclosure agreement, so family conversations stay private. Vehicles are cleaned and prepared before they leave our base.

How to book wedding transportation

Send the date, the ceremony and reception venues, the pickup addresses, the headcount for each vehicle, and whether you want guest shuttles. We will reply with a written quote for each vehicle and the hours it is needed.

Once you accept the written quote, a non-refundable deposit holds the date. The amount depends on the vehicle and the day, and the balance is due the day of the trip. Cancellations more than 72 hours out receive a credit toward a future booking. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?

Many couples book six to twelve months ahead, especially for spring and fall Saturdays. If your date is closer, call (502) 835-2838 and we will tell you what is open.

Can you shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue?

Yes. A 14-passenger shuttle can loop between the hotel block and the ceremony or reception, and we can add a second shuttle for a larger guest list, including the last run after the reception.

What do chauffeurs wear on a wedding day?

Suits. Our chauffeurs wear suits for weddings and funerals, and black polos for other trips.

Do you offer red carpet service?

Yes. Red carpet service is available for the arrival and the getaway. Ask for it when you request the quote.

Limousine or party bus for the wedding party?

A stretch limousine suits the couple or a small wedding party. The long white party bus carries up to 30 guests with lighting, sound, and Wi-Fi, so many wedding parties take the bus while the couple rides in their own limousine.
