Homecoming Limo & Party Bus in Louisville & Southern Indiana

Homecoming limousines and the long white party bus for fall dances in Louisville and Southern Indiana, booked by a parent and alcohol-free.

Homecoming is the first big night of the school year: a Friday game, a fall dance, and a group of friends who want to arrive together. Veteran Executive Transportation drives homecoming groups across Louisville, the Kentucky towns around it, and Southern Indiana in stretch limousines and our long white party bus. A parent or another adult books, every student trip is alcohol-free and smoke-free, and a screened chauffeur in a black polo stays with the group from the first photo to the last drop-off. We are a veteran-owned company based at 134 Outer Loop STE 100, Louisville, KY 40214.

A stretch limousine or the long white party bus

Homecoming groups come in every size, from a couple who want a formal arrival to a whole friend group that wants to ride together. Tell us how many are going and we will recommend the vehicle that fits, or quote both so the parents can decide.

  • Stretch limousine. The classic arrival for a couple or a small group: a formal cabin, soft lighting, and a chauffeur who opens the door at the photo stop, the restaurant, and the dance.
  • The long white party bus. For a larger group of friends, the long white party bus keeps everyone together between pictures, dinner, and the dance, with lighting, sound, and Wi-Fi on board.

How a homecoming night usually runs

Most homecoming dances fall between mid-September and the end of October, often the night after the homecoming football game. The evening is usually shorter than prom, but the plan has the same pieces: one house where parents take pictures, a dinner reservation, the dance, and the ride home.

Fall evenings get dark earlier than spring ones. If the group wants outdoor pictures at a park, a courthouse square, or the riverfront, schedule them first, while the light is still good, and leave dinner for after. Your chauffeur arrives early, parks where the stop allows, and keeps the evening moving without rushing anyone.

Homecoming weekends also share the calendar with fall weddings, UofL football at L&N Stadium, and UK game days at Kroger Field in Lexington. Game traffic can slow the roads around downtown Louisville and the stadium, so we plan the route and the pickup times around it when dinner or the dance is nearby.

Photo stops and dinner before the dance

Every town has a few spots that families come back to year after year. In Louisville that might be Waterfront Park and the Big Four Bridge, the gardens and lawns of the Olmsted parks, or a downtown street with the skyline behind the group. In the smaller towns it is often the courthouse square, a river overlook, a city park, or simply the front porch of the host house. Each of our town pages lists the places local groups ask about most.

Some parks and historic sites set their own rules for photography and parking, so check before the night. Add each stop to the reservation with a time, and the chauffeur will keep the vehicle close so the group can step out for pictures and back in without a long walk.

For dinner, a reservation under the parent’s name, set for a time that leaves room after pictures, keeps the night relaxed. Many groups eat close to home; others ride into Louisville for dinner downtown or in the Highlands, then head back to the school for the dance. Either way, we build the drive into the schedule we confirm with the parent.

Safety and what parents should know

Homecoming rides are booked by a parent or another adult, and that adult is our client for the night. We ask for a phone number that will be answered, because the chauffeur or our office may need to reach someone if plans change. Any change during the evening goes through that adult.

Every student trip is alcohol-free and smoke-free, with no exceptions. The chauffeur can end a trip that becomes unsafe, and the rules are the same for two students in a limousine or a full party bus. We encourage parents to go over the safety page with the group before the night.

Our chauffeurs pass criminal background checks, driving-record reviews, and drug testing, and they are trained in defensive driving. On student trips they wear black polos, arrive early, and stay with the vehicle, so the group always knows where to find their ride. We are veteran-owned, and we bring the same discipline to a school dance that we bring to an executive airport pickup.

Tell us every stop and every drop-off. If students are going home to different addresses, list them in order, and we plan the hours back from the time the night should end.

Coming into Louisville from the towns around it

Our vehicles are dispatched from 134 Outer Loop on Louisville’s south side, near the airport (SDF). Towns in Jefferson County and the close suburbs are a short drive away, while groups in places like Bardstown, Shelbyville, Elizabethtown, Madison, or Jasper are regional trips. For those, the chauffeur leaves early and is parked at the meetup before the first picture.

Southern Indiana groups heading into Louisville cross the Ohio River on the Kennedy, Lincoln, Sherman Minton, or East End bridge, depending on where they start. Each Indiana town page notes the usual crossing and drive time, so parents can see how the evening fits together before they book.

Booking homecoming transportation

Send the dance date as soon as the school sets it. Fall Saturdays fill with homecoming dances, weddings, and game days, and the long white party bus and our limousines go quickly in October. A deposit holds the date once you accept the written quote.

The quote form asks for the date, the school, the meetup address, the photo and dinner stops, the headcount, the adult’s phone number, and every drop-off. You can also call (502) 835-2838. Our office answers Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the online form is open anytime.

Homecoming limo and party bus by town: Kentucky

Every Kentucky town we serve has its own homecoming page, covering fall photo spots, dinner, the drive time to Louisville, and the safety rules parents ask about. The list runs from Louisville and its suburbs to Bardstown, Elizabethtown, Shelbyville, and the Bluegrass, 52 towns in all.

Homecoming limo and party bus by town: Southern Indiana

For Southern Indiana families, each of these 75 towns has a homecoming page, from the Clark and Floyd County suburbs to Madison, Salem, Paoli, and the Patoka Valley, with the bridge crossing and drive time into Louisville.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide homecoming limo and party bus service?

Yes. We send stretch limousines and the long white party bus for homecoming across Louisville, the surrounding Kentucky towns, and Southern Indiana. A parent or another adult books, and every student trip is alcohol-free and smoke-free. Call (502) 835-2838 or request a quote online.

Limo or party bus for homecoming?

A stretch limousine suits a couple or a small group that wants a formal arrival. The long white party bus suits a larger friend group that wants to ride together, with lighting, sound, and Wi-Fi. Send your headcount and we will recommend one or quote both.

Who books a homecoming ride?

A parent or another adult books and is our contact for the night. Students can help choose the photo and dinner stops, but the reservation and any changes go through the adult.

Are homecoming rides alcohol-free?

Yes. Every student trip is alcohol-free and smoke-free, and the chauffeur can end a trip that becomes unsafe. Chauffeurs are background-checked and drug-tested, and they wear black polos on student trips.

When should we book homecoming transportation?

As soon as the dance date is set. Homecoming falls in September and October, and fall Saturdays are shared with weddings and football. If homecoming is this week, call (502) 835-2838 Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Does the chauffeur wait during the dance?

If you book the vehicle for the whole evening, yes. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle and is ready when the group comes out. A drop-off now and a pickup later is a different reservation, so tell us which you want and we will quote it that way.

Do you drive homecoming groups outside Louisville?

Yes. We serve 127 towns in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, each with its own homecoming page listing local photo spots, dinner ideas, and the drive time to Louisville. If you do not see your town, call and ask.
