Same-day requests and the deposit

If we can cover it, we will say so. If we cannot, we will say that too. Planned trips get a written reply through the quote form. Once you accept, a non-refundable deposit holds the date. The amount depends on the vehicle and the day, and the balance is due the day of the trip. Cancellations more than 72 hours out receive a credit toward a future booking. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
Downtown, the airport, and the hotel door
Downtown, NuLu, and the hotels along Main and Market sit north of the Watterson (I-264). SDF sits at the I-65 and I-264 junction. The Gene Snyder (I-265) is the freeway around the county, and it is not our street address. Please tell us which entrance the chauffeur may use. A hotel name alone is how a group ends up at a lobby on the other side of the building. Departure timing is counted backward from the curb, including the Watterson or the Snyder if you are starting in the east end or in Southern Indiana. Bowman Field and the private FBOs are a different meetup, so the building name matters.
