Prom Limo & Party Bus in Valley Station, KY
For a Valley Station prom, the transportation should be the easy part. We bring a stretch limousine or the long white party bus to your door in Jefferson County, keep the evening on the schedule the parent set, and bring everyone home safely. Student trips are always alcohol-free and smoke-free.
Prom night from Valley Station, KY
Most Valley Station prom nights follow a familiar rhythm: the group meets at one house for pictures, rides to dinner, arrives at the dance together, and heads home at the time the parents chose. Valley Station is in southwest Jefferson County, and Dixie Highway or the Gene Snyder decides how quickly the group reaches a downtown venue.
The vehicle depends on the size of the group. A stretch limousine suits a couple or a few friends, and the long white party bus suits a larger group that wants to stay together all night. Tell us your headcount and we will recommend the right one. Wi-Fi comes standard.
- Parent-booked A parent or another adult reserves the ride and is our contact all night.
- The whole evening Pictures, dinner, the dance, and the ride home on one schedule.
- Veteran-owned A Louisville company with chauffeurs in black polos, dispatched from 134 Outer Loop in Louisville.
Photo stops and dinner near Valley Station
Popular photo stops for Valley Station groups include the river landing at Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing, the trails at Jefferson Memorial Forest, and a host family yard. Some parks and historic sites keep their own rules for photos and parking, so check before the night, and the chauffeur will park where the site allows. Spring weather can change quickly, so it helps to have an indoor or covered backup for pictures in Jefferson County.
Dinner before the dance is usually at the restaurants along Dixie Highway. A reservation under the parent's name, set for a time that leaves room after pictures, keeps the night relaxed.
Route and timing from Valley Station
Downtown Louisville is about 13 miles from Valley Station, roughly 25 minutes in light traffic. The usual roads are Dixie Highway (US-31W) and Lower River Road.
If dinner or the dance is in Louisville, we build the drive into the schedule from the start. If everything stays in Jefferson County, the evening is shorter on the road and longer at the stops you chose. Because Valley Station is within easy reach of our base on Outer Loop, the chauffeur arrives with time to spare and the vehicle is ready before the first picture.
What Valley Station parents can count on
The adult who books a prom ride for a Valley Station group stays in the loop from the quote to the last drop-off. We confirm the stops and the end time in writing, and any change during the night goes through that adult.
The rules are short and firm: no alcohol, no smoking, and respect for the vehicle and the chauffeur. If a trip becomes unsafe, the chauffeur can end it. Parents can read the complete standards on our safety page.
Chauffeurs are screened before they drive for us: background checks, driving-record reviews, drug testing, and defensive-driving training. They wear black polos for student events and stay with the vehicle, so the group always knows where to find it.
- One adult contact The parent who books approves the plan and any changes.
- Alcohol-free, smoke-free The rule for every student trip, and the chauffeur can end an unsafe one.
- Every drop-off listed List each address in Valley Station or nearby, and we plan the hours back from the last one.
